paper Pattern for 2012 by mjkhan
Senior Member:

Go through the paper of 2011 to have an idea about it.nobody here can predict the pattern for 2012. the best which can be done is to derive an idea of pattern by going through paper of 2011.

there are basically two ways in which a paper can be set

1.theoratical
2.case-study based

and objective is also there.

so prepare this subject by keeping in mind these three areas.

good luck.

Great initiative bro. I also have opted this subject. But before proceeding, some confusions should be removed. Have you ever attempted this paper? What is your plan for our discussion? How and where from will you discuss MCQs?Will you cover all topics?

@:I have consulted previous ten years papers, it seems to be bookish as I have been attempted this at university. We will discuss our daily learning and difficulties regarding understanding.

MCQs have been solved by RAZ a senior CSP member, he also opted ML.

@TheUniter:The course of ML is divided into eight parts;

1:Law of Contract
2:Law of Sale of Goods
3:Law of negotiable Instruments
4:Law of Carriage of Goods
5:Law of Labour
6:Law of Partnership
7:Law of Insurance
8:Law of Trust

It will take hardly ten days to deeply grabbed the concepts for those having already studied it and approximately 15 days for beginners.

I will share important points and cases of each chapter INSHALLAH.

Ok bro but i think solved papers for mcqs are not sufficient because last time i saw many new mcqs which were outside past papers. so i think we should go through a book for it.

and bro have you ever solved case studies of past papers?

dear i think the cheemaz book is insufficient as it does not cover whole syllabus.for example it does not deal with companies ord which is very important part of the syllabus.
