But we still managed to strengthen our Judiciary without being led by "Maseeha" which we all seem to be waiting for. The cult of personality worship will bring us nowhere. instead of waiting for leadership to emerge, we must all play our due role. Thats the best way to move forward.....

I think "Poverty" as Dr. Mehboob ul Hassan said " a country is poor because she is poor". Its poverty which plays negative impact on socieity, from illeteracy to terrorism, from starvation to population, from empowerment of women to lack of leadership.

Economy has never been a factor of terriorism because poverty has been a part of trible life even before 9/11...

in my opinion the number one problem of Pakistan is a deficit of dedicated leadership. The ill-winds from the swamps of morally depraved poitical culture is eating away the roots of this country.

I will say the main problem is of education and awareness of what is right and wrong which unfortunately our nation lacks
If there will be education and awareness, all the problems will be solved including terrorism, economy, poverty, etc and for that to happen we need sincere leadership.

One sentense
I think ... If we summarise all the problems of Pakistan in just one sentense, we can say that ... "Institutionalisation of Policy making." Why is it not solved yet? Answer is so bitter that "Islamabad doesn't want to listen. Islamabad doesn't have listening attitude. All the statistical data provided by Government is inaccurate." (Reference taken from Dr. Burki's article)

Now a days its "Terrorism" problem number one in Pakistan. In normal periods it was "Illiteracy".

Having no leadership is not a problem but having corrupt leadership is the problem.
Problem measured in its severity is "Terrorism". Leadership is counted in solutions. |
