Today I was amazed when on live international television, mother of Faizan Haider (murdered by the American) and Sajjad Ur Rehman, brother of Abbad ur Rehman (rolled over by Counsul's Land Cruiser) said that they are willing to forgive the American if Dr. Afia is released.

Was an eye opening experience as forgiving someone who murdered your loved ones in exchange for release of some total stranger is unheard of!

Heirs have the right to grant amnesty after receiving the blood-money. Dr. Afia's case is the most brutal event in the history of mankind and it has shocked every soft heart that is why they are willing for exchange of Dr. Aafia with US diplomat.

Riaz bro u are right it wasn't a mere self defense... means the Guy fired 7 bullets 6 hitting there mark all of them fatal hits. U don’t expect this sort of accuracy from a diplomat, do you? I seriously doubt it.

@bindas...dont u think that you are favouring that american guy...if he killed two men in self defence then killed person should have bullets on front but marks of bullets were at their back... i dont know what will happen next for this case but he is in pakistan he should be treated according to pakistani laws ... as afia saddique is treated in america according to their laws.. anyhow everyone have freedom of thoughts and freedom tongue..

It is true that “Beggars can't be choosers” but first you should define "Faqeer" or Beggar. Who is beggar, Pakistan? its People? its Army? or its politicians? I've heard about politicians begging for govt. and ministry, they are begging for safe passage and amnesty, the beg for each and every small favor from US, KSA, UK and other developed countries.

Pakistan Army is not beggar at all. Our people are not beggars and Pakistan is not a beggar country. Our politicians are not choosers but our people are of course the real choosers but far behind to reach the climax of democratic process.

Better a living beggar than a buried emperor.
