it means that Nobody can do anything against you after becoming a csp.He will remain a serving csp even after imprisonment..hmm.

We hope that the DPO would be pardoned by the high court or the supreme court. I still believe he has been made a scapegoat for some political reasons. Time will tell the whole truth.

I will only say that Muneeb and Mughees were not innocent. Innocent citizens don’t have arms and they don’t kill innocent citizens. If they went there to play cricket then why they went there with pistols. Who killed Bilal and Zeshan.
it is proved that they were Dacoits. They involved in mobile snatching and other kind of Dacoit’s and it is proved by data of their sims.

However brutal killing of Mughees and Muneeb cannot be justified. I myself can not justify this brutality. Court has given a right decision. We can not defend brutal people in any case. As police was supporting this brutality so it is a good decision against police men and all others who involved in this brutality.

People forget that even if the courts sentence anyone to death, that is only a thing on paper these days because there is, currently, a moratorium on the the death penalty in Pakistan indefinitely.

Plus, the verdict is still subject to an appeal.

Yes . but in some exceptional cases CSP could be expelled from service. eg murder & insanity etc.

but the same DIG who was involved in Murtaza bhutto murder was expelled and sentenced 3 years. after the military coup (1999) he was brought back to service, so Police service is safe, untouchable.
and the reason is clear to bring him back. for their own political purpose.

Assalamulaikum,,
it's great to hear that ATC court sentenced the 7 culprits to death (four times), 6 life imprisonment (four times), and DPO CHOHAN along with 9 police men 3 years incarceration each.
Still when i remind the scene,my eyes through bloody tears, my heart pulsates,hair of my body erect. It was a shameful act, even barbaric,savage action by the culprits.
DPO didn't stop them, it was his crime, he was also the part of that murders, so what if he was CSP?? he lost his job, because if any police officer is charged 1000 rupees in any NOMINATED FIR, he loses his job, it's discipline of police force.
