“Leaders are by born not made” true leaders know that they are born for a purpose. Society is their laboratory. They experiment and display various Leadership skills which benefit society as whole. True leader are hard to find when society collapses like in our beloved country Pakistan, it naturally looks towards a true leader like Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah who can save them from their malady. By born leaders are possessed with originality of thoughts. Thoughts that create more benefit to society, thoughts that inspire and teach others to do same. But unfortunately in this worse situation of our country our so called political leaders are Quack Leaders that is made for some purpose. They only follow the trend of society. They don’t want to upset our nation from its continual slumber, as they know contrary and sincere opinions are dangerous that will mean a dip in their earning power and influence. Just do what others do is their motto. God knows when and from where a true leader will came up with thoughts that will give relief us from these quack leaders and put our country on rite track.

It is right that Pakistan is in a strong need of true and honest leadership this time more than any time but what will do true and honest leaders if born? unless and until they have true and honest followers they can't do anything alone by themselves. As leaders inspire followers and achieve their goals. But in today's world no one wants to follow a leader here in our society every one have his own priorities and they are fighting for those so how can they will be able to follow one leader to achieve goals.
Our society is full of corruption and every one is fighting for accumulation of wealth. Every one wants to show others cheap. No respect for other's rights and no love for our Muslim brothers and sisters so how can we will be a followers of one leader.

True Leaders with True Followers are required

for the Pakistan and the people of Pakistan is required a true leader not a politician in this time.

I would like to say what i usually say on this issue, 'We' are 'personality worshipers' not 'followers'. A wise man follows someone only if he is right. Sadly, in our country you will find jayalaas, janoonis, matwalaas etc who follow their leaders even when he or she is wrong. A very wise statement was made by Hazrat Ali R.A when Kharajis asked him why their is so much chaos and unrest in your caliphate, while the era of Abu Bakar, Umar and Usman R.A was relatively peaceful. Hazrat Ali R.A replied, "Because we were their ministers are you are my ministers". Companions, followers, ministers are the real players in devising the opinion of their leaders, they are the the real forces behind compelling their leaders to do or not to do a certain thing. But we love being fooled again and again sometimes via metro projects, laptops, motorways and sometimes via Benazir Income support scheme. It is our attitude that requires a change. When it will change, leaders among us would rise and lead us to prosperity and success until than enjoy the ride of metro buses along with laptops and yellow cars..
