They have compile the result, they will not entertain it now. During interview tell them about your higher qualification and request to consider it in merit.

This is not the policy, which NTDC used. They compile the result using WAPDA policy 2003.

Can anyone tell me what is the salary (basic plus other allowances) of Assistant(BPS-14) in NTDC ?

Is NTDC is better than other govt. departments like education etc?
