As mentioned earlier these are new created posts, so we are unsure about exact number of vacancies. There are almost 40 seats of HC Judges and with every judge a Senior Court Associate is associated. Now the confusion is that whether Hon'ble Committee will appoint all (40) Jr. Court Associates through out sources or will follow 1:1 pattern.

today I met with an Accounts Officer in Sindh High Court, Karachi, I told him about my scale which is SPS-3, and asked about the pay fixation policy to join BPS-07, he assured me that my current basic pay would be protected, my new basic pay would be around Rs.15,000/- as I applied through proper channel.
Would you pl show the document on the basis of which you have had replied me that due to change between SPS to BPS, i can not avail pay fixation facility?

All of the candidates who have applied as fresh, have been appointed in their desired place of postings i.e. Larkana, Sukkur, Hyderabad and Karachi,
but the candidates who applied though proper channel (like me) are in process of relieving from parent department to next appointment.
The candidates who have joined have been asked and submitted the required detail to proceed for opening of bank account to transfer first salary in their respective accounts in time, while it is heard that the first salary would be disbursed though cheque, while next salaries would be transferred online in their submitted bank accounts.

Working environment is like typical traditional government department, manual work more than computerized, that is why work load is high.
