Anyone knows how they segregated the candidates for HR and ADMIN as few candidates have been called for interview of AM Admin and few for HR . In adv..it was written AM (ADMIN/HR) and I applied for both but got call for Admin

dangerous..i think admin and hr both are same because i have also applied for hr and got interview call for admin

Aslam o alikum to all members.....
Please one thing clarify me that i am already doing job in a public sector and applied for AM Admin/HR through proper channel. . . Either i have to get NOC from current employer or not... because when i request them for NOC they told me that you were applied through proper channel thats why no need for NOC as if we have any objection on it we didnt send yòur application.

You must get a NOC, Through Proper Channel means that the current employer agrees to relieve you once you are selected in the other organization!

If you are selected on the post of AM Admin/HR and your department relieves you from the current post, it is ok,

but

if your current employer does not relieve you and falls under the regime of SPD, you cannot resign from your current employer as if you resign once from any organization under SPD, your name will be entered in the database of Blacklist and no organization under this regime will hire you ever.
