Test Date: 14-12-2016 PE/Psycho Test Date: 09-01-2017 my interview date: 20-03-2017 total seats of AM (HR/Admin) = 6 candidates applied for AM (Admin) = 3129 candidates applied for AM (HR) = 1712 total candidates applied: 4841 Shortlisted for interview: 105 approximately (after qualifying written/IQ and PE Test) Selection Board Members: 8 (on 20-03-2017) (My Interview/Questions) introduction (going well) (then from my job as i am already employed in strategic organization) how many service/experience (answered) what matters you have dealing with (answered) promotion policy in my current organization (answered) NCA Act (answered) NCA Members (answered) how many commissions in NCA (answered) what is commission (not answered) what is master server policy (not answered) (then from HR/course) Intrinsic and Extrinsic Motivation (not answered however i define only motivation) glass ceiling (not answered) job enlargement (answered) job rotation (answered) gain sharing (50/50) (General Knowledge) current naval chief name (answered) another important thing is that the officer who is asking HR questions is very nice person but the uncle sitting in the middle of the selection board (the aged officer) is asking confusing questions...he move from easy questions to hard questions..and if u give wrong answer or say sorry..his reply was very heart breaking..hahahaha...may be he want to see that how we behave in pressure or in confusion..are u people feel same thing..please share your questions and interview experience...good luck to all of you... |

Almost every member asked me questions..and I answered except 1 G.K question...they asked mostly about current job...difference between job analysis n job design, positive reinforcement, diff between motivation n satisfaction...etc..they asked straight questions

Only 6 seats? Damn
Only the lucky few will be selected, anyways! Yeah, the HR guy is pretty nice and has good behavior, Uncle did not say anything heart-breaking to me. 3 guys interviewed me and I don't know what the other 3 were doing there! Interview went well, however, I can't rate it. Uncle (the most senior) was curious about my programming/coding skills and the languages I could code. Most questions were bombarded from his side. Allah SWT knows best. Regards! |

Asked for my current job and its description then questions arised which i gav satisfactory answer to them.
