Dear Zohaib no information about number of posts but candidate appearing in interviews are 105 for both slots

we will discuss interview, the selection board, the strange behavior of selection board...and the questions (from subject HR/Admin) / general knowledge and questions about experience.... in detail at this forum today after office timings.... please list your questions to share here....i think today is last day of interview for HR/Admin candidates...

another important thing is that the officer who is asking HR questions is very nice person but the uncle sitting in the middle of the selection board (the aged officer) is asking confusing questions...he move from easy questions to hard questions..and if u give wrong answer or say sorry..his reply was very heart breaking..hahahaha...may be he want to see that how we behave in pressure or in confusion..are u people feel same thing..please share your questions and interview experience...good luck to all of you...

how do u know? if only 6 seats then whats the purpose of calling 105 candidates for interview...

Almost every member asked me questions..and I answered except 1 G.K question...they asked mostly about current job...difference between job analysis n job design, positive reinforcement, diff between motivation n satisfaction...etc..they asked straight questions

Only the lucky few will be selected, anyways!

Yeah, the HR guy is pretty nice and has good behavior, Uncle did not say anything heart-breaking to me.
3 guys interviewed me and I don't know what the other 3 were doing there!
Interview went well, however, I can't rate it. Uncle (the most senior) was curious about my programming/coding skills and the languages I could code. Most questions were bombarded from his side.

Yes behavior of the pannel was impressive . . I was not expecting thar. .

First of all Sr. Member asked me for introduction.
Asked for my current job and its description then questions arised which i gav satisfactory answer to them.

Decision Model
Deplhy technique
Hertzburg two factor theory

Lets see who the lucky candidates shall receive security forms.
