I didn't even receive my roll number slip and NTS has uploaded the list of rejected candidates only.

NTS has uploaded the candidates list.
The test dates is 23rd November 2014.

Why did NTS mention passing criteria before the test?

Did NTDC not want to miss their favorite ones?

If passing criteria is to be decided after test then probably their favorite ones come at very low position in the merit list and then it might not be possible to include them.
But now it is sure that just pass the test, rest is our job........
