Guys, i went to the Turkish Embassy in Islamabad on Monday (Jan. 07, 2013) to apply for the 'Student Visa'. The 'Visa Officer' took my documents, and asked me to return to the Embassy on Jan. 11, 2013 (Friday) again with the passport.

Did all of you got the Visa on the same day, or some of you got after few days ?

yes, I have completed the legal documents. The registration of courses will be done in Bilkent, once we reached there. There was nothing mention like decision letter in my admission letter.
I think you should send a letter to bilkent containing your decision that whether u will join bilkent or not ?

Did u get the mail from Bilkent of refusal...I haven't received any mail yet..plz send give me the address from which u got mail from bilkent so that I can inquire about my status.

In Sha Allah u will get admission in Metu and please, also apply in ITU.

hec will give You soft copy of legal documents and u will have to print them on stamp papers. it will take about 3 to 10 days.HEC will provide legal documents, once u get admission.
Police clearness is also required.
