My related field is also not in the Turkish universities, at least not directly related. I thought HEC will not entertain change of country request. Did you communicate this to HEC and got response.
I lost this opportunity, even-though i applied to Turkish universities abut did not get selected for admission.

Dear
I had received 3 acceptance letters from French supervisors regarding pharmacology, but unfortunately HEC diverted my case to Turkey like you and now as per HEC direction m waiting for the next appropriate country yet to b finalized by HEC. What is your status??

Brother I am also waiting for the final decision of Hec for this scholarship. I don't know what will happen next. Lets hope for the best.

Did you not get any acceptance letter from Turkey. In such case will you be diverted to any other country ?

What ever the real matter is, HEC has wasted our 1 year by not considering Medical/Pharmacy students while selecting Turkish universities...

No I did not get Acc. letter from Turkey as Pharmacy Dept. was not there in any of the four shortlisted universities.
what is your status of scholarship and are you a Pharmacist?
