Kindly post your name if you were shortlisted for 90% HEC Scholarship batch IV under Pharmacy/Medical category and HEC still not allocated any country or university to you and responding you that we are working on new options for you.

Agriculture is my field.,.,now on indgns(MS leading to Phd) but want to shift to overseas.,.,applied in this batch.,.,.,got 79 marks in GAT....

Is it possible that one who has been awarded Indgns scholarship can be eligible for other hec scholarships? As there is clearly mentioned in the every advertisement of hec that persons already availing any scholarship are not eligible

Dear Gulzar, HEC scholarships are non-transferable and non-shiftable. A person availing indigenous scholarship cannot be shifted to any overseas scholarship and vice versa. So you have to apply afresh for every new scholarship.

Yes scholarships are non transferable and if someone is availing one scholarship from HEC then he/she can not get another one.

You are absolutely right Hazard, thats what I am saying, k jo banda ek scholarship avail karha hai already to dusri main kese shortlist hoskta hai. and for that purpose I didnt applied for indgns scholarship this year.

Thats right. Furthermore this happens every year. Indigenous kay result 90% se pehlay anounce ho jaty hain jis ki waja se kafi logo ko problem hoti ha.

some of the cases that i heard about Indigenous scholarships...........students availed Indigenous scholarships..........When they got selected for Foreign scholarships......They refunded all the amount they have got from HEC through Indigenous scholarship.........So this is possible

yes you are right Jahanzaib I also heard that but many times students cant refund the amount because of their financial position.
