Anyone can apply, no matter he is faculty member or not.
Last there were engineering subject included this is the 1st time HEC has included subjects of Management Science. Management Science students are eligible and there may be seat distribution according to the need of faculty required in Engineering Universities from Management Science field.

Dear noor what ius the scope of indeginous scholarship offered by HEC. Does indegineuous program also gaurentee the job after the completion of PhD.

Not at all. It does not provide any guarantee of Job after PhD. you have to get on your own.
have you applied for Turkish Govt Scholarship 2013?

i have not yet received the result card . should i wait for it or can i send the GAT result online copy to HEC ?

result was declared on 15 April..i think HEC told that people can submit the result within 15 days of the announcement of result...Though online copy is also acceptable you may send that.......As the score and roll number are present on the online copy, HEC personal can check it online as well...

Why merit for HEC 90% scholarships is higher? isn't faculty development a good opportunity just as 90%?

What is the highest GAT score in business education that anyone has applied with?

Mine is 71 GAT general Score, 18 years education, domicile Sind (Rural), business education.

mine business education, from Punjab, 18 year education.....GAT General Score 76

faculty developement is only for engineers.......sometime they add one other field in it.
While 90% is for all the categories.

Those who will be selected to participate in this program, when will they start their studies? In Fall 2013 or next year?

What is the duration of MS leading to PhD under this program?

I think students start their session from October2013 or from January2014 ------
duration for MS leading to PhD is upto 5 years.......
