But hec said registrar of revenue department can attest only

They said
Yes we jave shortlisted candidates for business adm
Bit as the admissions of all uni are closed so they will have to wait for spring session or fall 2014 depending upon admission policy of country/uni
So their will be intimated after this batch of fall2013 is over and hec is done with their matters

Yesterday submitted all legal documents (after hard struggle of two weeks) and today received certificate of admission for hanyang university.

1- Medical certificate ----- i went to a government dispensary in G-7/3 Islamabad, had HIV, Hepatits, XRay, TB, VDRL, Blood, urine tests and got certificate in approximately two days.
2-Character certificate ----- Go to SSP islamabad office (near G-11/4 signal) get the form, attach attested passport, CNIC, residence proof, then they will counter sign it and you have to get it signed from your local police station(this is the only difficult part and i think without reference it will take more than week if you have reference then it will only take 15 mins). after the SHO signs it go to SDPO office (I-9) get it signed and submit the complete form to SSP office they will issue the certificate same day. the whole process required two days.
3- Surity bond ---- you have to go to registrar office in your tehsil council alongwith all the guarantors and submit the land documents ( now the property is pledged and you cant sell it or transfer it without prior apporval of HEC), i went to faisalabad tehsil council and submitted the land docs and it took two days.
4- Gurantee form and Immovable property form----- You have to appear before judicial magistrate to get it stamped and signed.

Kindly tell me attestation of Original degree & transcript from Hec & MOFA is enough or its photocopy must also be attested from both?
