Last date for application submission online was 1 April. If you sent an application with fee before 1 April then you can send your score card now.

I think online result from NTS website is also valid.......so you can send that also......If HEC has any problem it will contact you........Moreover all NTS data is availlable online HEC personal will check from there.........

No i dont know merit cut off score.......Today i met with my neighbour who is doing PhD in Italy on UESTP scholarship he gave me this information that he was shortlislisted for Italy with other 100 people also shortlisted for Italy but about 37 secured admission in the Identified University of Italy than HEC place the other peoples to other countries like South Korea, China, Thailand etc.....HEC has not conducted any interview from them.

what about cut off marks for punjab?i think its round about 70 to get a chance.

I also applied for this scholarship and appeared in the GAT test held on 7th april 2013. I have cleared the test and know I have to send my test result to HEC. Does any body know the procedure of sending the GAT result provided the candidate has already sent his application to HEC ? Is the candidate know only supposed to sent his GAT result card copy in the envelope to HEC or any other document etc is also to be attached so that the application can be easily sorted by HEC and then attach GAT result with it ?

His score was 72 and went for PhD studies in Electrical engineering........

I think you have to send it on the same address and beside that result card also put a piece of paper indicating your name, Father Name, Id Card No. and application number that was shown on your online HEC application form.

Dear You can send your old GAT score card, doesnt matter its older or new one. Send it with confidence HEC is giving preference to 18 years education candidates so you may expect a chance on 52 marks

Dear write an application on white paper mention your HRDI Application No. Name and other particulars and send ot to Project manager with GAT score card.

Merit cut off for Engineers generally go higher, and competition is higher in your field. you can check the merit cut off of 90% scholarship as an hint.
for 16 years education it was 77 merit cut off and for 18 years education it was 72. so you will face high competition dear
