METU Students; who have enrolled and registered for Fall semester 2013 on HEC Scholarship

I want to know how did you pay money for registration?? Did you pay money in bank or just filled a form that you are HEC Scholar.
In case of later option, who gave you password for online registration??

Dear Sir,
I have opted for Turkish universities and my field of study is Business Administration (Finance). Currently no University is providing admission in Spring 2014; So effectively I will be applying for fall 2014 admissions. I just want to ask that is this alright with HEC?

This scholarships are valid till Spring, 2014 Session. We have forwarded the induction of applicants for Fall 2014 session to the authorities for approval. Hence the matter is subject to the approval. Please do not reply this message. As soon matter is decided, you will be informed accordingly. However you may apply in those mentioned universities which are not included in your preference.

but according to website http://www.hanyang.ac.kr/english/ last date is 01/01/2013 for springsemester.Kinldy guide me inthis regarda.and also send me the application form on following address .

Yes, I recieved the email from HEC and Hanyang University, as HEC Scholars we donot have to apply online we have to sent the required documents to Hanyang international cooperation office and university has waived off the application fee for HEC scholars this year.
