I guess nobody is rational at this stage after getting scholarship. what is the purpose of scholarship. One thing I want to discuss that he said every thing is mentioned in the newspaper ad so if we have to follow the ad then we should give all the countries mentioned in the ad. why they r nt giving us those for choice. I was all alone there and feeling shame for all those who got the scholarship but they don't even have guts to speak for their right. stay blessed and wait for miracle to happen.

I met them today.. they said clearly, either get admission in spring semester or forget about it.

yar , they have one answer only... k har discipiline k liye har university nahi offer kr skty... specefic programs k liye specefic universities k saath MoU sign hoa hai.. sooooooooo

Friends i am also shortlisted for this scholarship
i called them they called no mater what preference you have given in email reply you can apply for other countries as well.
im my email germany, turkey, belgium, bankok and hong kong was written ,

just call Mr. Sajid in HEC he will help you ,,,
you can also contact with Mr. jamshiad who facilitated the batch 1 of this scholarship .

Dear Khalil I myself talked to them many times on phone and email and begged them to allow us admission in fall for Turkish Universities as my 1st preference is Turkey but they have only one asnwer " we have to wind up the program before april 2014 because new batch will be announced you have to get admission in Spring otherwise your candidature will be cancelled" I am from Khairpur, Sindh, I cannot go to HEC Office, so all those who are staying near Islamabad must visit HEC in group form and meet Syed Wasim Hashmi he will do something in our favour.

I have given Turkey and AIT. Belgium uni is only offering Masters in Management, no any PhD program
