Dear friends, dont be panic.

Apply to any university except germany and then go to HEC, you will be accepted. They only hesitate in case of Germany, all other options are open to all.

Does anybody know what level is Post Secondary Education? Is this intermediate level or Bachelors degree level?

I think it is Bachelor level, but not sure. Post means after than post secondary means after secondary education.

Secondary school examination consists of SSC(Matric) and HSSC(F.Sc.). So post Seconday school education means, Bachelor's Level Education. ( i think you are applying to germany)

only KOC University is not offering other are still available .

Bilkent and Sabanci also not offering admission in Spring semester Only METU is available from Turkish Universities.
