HEC normally sends ur information to Hangyang and SKWU and then there representative contacts you for the admission process, i think you should contact hec immediately. METU admission last date was 21 june but maybe HEC has some special arrangement.

For SKKU send emails to the above they will help you. and there is online apploy to SKKU.

and for HANYANG, i didnt recieve email from them, so sorry for that

Yeah i already contacted them but I haven't received any reply. And Ive filled METU form but there it is stuck at some because I have yet not taken IELTS or TOEFL.

Actually I haven't taken GRE and any English proficiency test yet and Ive been shortlistd for HRDI scholarship and I'm said to apply in below mentioned universities.

But the problem now is some universities dont offer my course.i.e. Architecture or Urban planning. Some universities deadline have already passed and some require GRE and IELTS. I'm confused what to do with this issue?

I am sorry i had contacted the SKKU Admission in the first week of June and their reply was;
"Hello, This is admissions office of Graduate School, SKKU

2013 fall graduate school do not accept students anymore.
Deadline was until May 14.
2014 spring graduate school start to accept students on October"

Then i contacted HEC for help in this regards and Mr SM ALI responded as;
"Dear,

If you want to apply for South Korea wait till next session"

By the way Who are these guys and whom are they affiliated with??? If the admissions are really not over yet I would so much want to apply.
