For HEC scholars neither GRE nor IELTS/TOEFL is required for admission in METU. Last date for admission was 1st June and submission of documents was 21st June. METU has different, hence flexible, criteria of admission for HEC scholars. I am not sure but they may consider HEC applicants after the deadline as well.

There are many HEC scholars who didn't have IELTS score and they appeared in METU English Proficiency Exam (EPE), some of them came last semester. I am not sure I they have changed the policy for fall. As far as I know applications are accepted conditionally wiithout IELTS until they pass METU EPE.

i had also appeared for sabanci uni, there were three proffessors, two of them then emailed me indvidualy and offered to work with them.

I dont have ielts , Is it possible to get admission at sabanci without ielts?

Intially i also wasnt in the list of hanyang but then i requested hec and they agreed after that i applied for hanyang But this happened before 6th june.

I have contacted them. And still waiting for their reply.

I applied on last date and filled my form and then at the time of freezing the form stucked as I left English Proficiency tests part blank. I sent emails to HEC and METU personnel but till now I am waiting for replies. And the next day as last date passed the my form didn't open (Link showed error). I am confused now what to do.

Hopefully this should be the process. But unfortunately my form didn't proceed as I've not yet taken IELTS/TOEFL and GRE.

Anyone have HEC legal documents in soft? The documents when u send them acceptance letter and in return the send as Agreement of scholarship.
Please send me that(email is in my profile) because if I got admission so I will have very little time for visa.

are you sure about exemption of IELTS etc from HEC scholar?
