Registration process starts after visa issuance. when you will reach metu, you will have to start registration. so Chill now!!!!

Received provisional award letter for Hang Yang ...
Allowance for 800 Per month .... Can anyone let me know that if we will have to pay for the accommodation from this allowance or will it be included in the fee paid to the uni?

I have heard hec giving 900 in case of korean universities

Dear you have to pay the accommodation fee from your stipend. HEC will not pay this separately.
