Yes I have selected one supervisor but not of my own university, will it go in favor of me ?? Means I want to ask the basic function of supervisor.

I wish to get enroll in Peshawar but the problem is that the local universities except IM SCIENCES & ISLAMIA COLLEGE UNIVERSITY PESHAWAR does not have any approved supervisors from HEC. Time is too short and it seems that there is left no other option but to miss this bright chance as the above two universities admissions are closed.

Affiliations of Supervisor doesn't matter. You just to check it out in the list of HEC approved supervisor. That list is available on hec website.

Same goes for you. you can request for supervision from any external Professor (IM or Islamia in your case). However , for both of you i suggest just talk to project director or deputy these people can allow you.

Moreover, getting on the list of HEc is not a big issue you people can request your desired faculty if they are capable enough to be the HEc approved supervisor. By the way hec is going to pay them a handsome amount on the completion of theses.hec scholarship holders are bounty for a supervisor

HEC complex can be found in H-9, where metro bus project is going on while indigenous scholarships office is located opposite to attestation office, ask there, any security guards about "local scholarship office, in Pakistani universities" and he'll guide you to the destination, perhaps they won't understand indigenous.
