Default NOC From Government
How binding is the NOC from Government? Since the government says that one has to serve in Pakistan upon return for a period of five years, this is all good except that nobody guarantees us the job upon return and there is no spending on selected candidates for this scholarsip. Views and guidance sought. Thanks.

Default IPC too slow
Yesterday I called Mr. Sadozai Research Officer IPC who told that package has been dispatched on 26.08.2015, while I have not yet received it after 03 days. I think they have sent it through a special messenger who is coming on foot to deliver it.

Default IPC Package
Finally I have received admission package yesterday. It is mentioned in IPC letter that
"A copy of specimen deed of agreement is enclosed which may be typed on judicial stamp paper and return to this ministry after attestation by the First Class Judicial Magistrate Only".

But there is no such specimen deed of agreement enclosed in the admission package. If anyone has received, please post the specimen here.
