Very strange or rather very late. Admission packages are usually received at the end of July. Wonder what they're up to.

I'm completely out of senses at highly irresponsible attitude of IPC. I have confirmed from my host university. They have told me that the last date for registration is 1st September and the program will start from 7th September. Embassy takes 4 working days...... Today is 25th August..... What to do now?????😡😡😡😡

Call them and find out if your package has been dispatched or not. If not then ask them not to, so you can pick up. If they have already dispatched then wait two days to receive. Person there told that most have been dispatched, remaining are ready to be dispatched today. Only few have instructed them to not dispatch therefore their Docs are with them and ready to be picked up.

"All the packages have been dispatched and will reach their destinations tomorrow through UMS" IPC says.

Way to go IPC! Getting visa also takes time not to mention flight bhi itnay short notice pe nahin milti.

I called visa office in the embassy and shared my problem. She told that everything is in the hands of visa officer.
I have also sent an email to my host university requesting them to grant me some relaxation in registration deadline.
Let's see, what happens!

Default Irresponsible IPC
Called IPC and was told by staff that they have received around 90-95 letters and will receive others in the comming days.
Worried about deadline.
Members let say we are late will they allow us to register and join program?
