I have received the letter today and got admission notice from Central China Normal University, Wuhan. Is there anyone else who got admission in the same?
It is mentioned in the admission notice to get myself registered in the said university from September 3 to September 4. Will this registration be online registration on university website or there is any other way? Seniors please guide.

No, it means that you should be physically present at CCNU by 4th sep, which seems impossible. Ask for 3 weeks extension or reach by 4th sep.

Is it possible to apply for visa at Chinese Consulate Office in Karachi?

If I apply for VISA at Chinese Consulate office, then where can I get my medical examination done and physical examination form filled?

It will be difficult for me get medical from designated hospitals in Islamabad.

Yes you can apply for visa at Chinese consulate Karachi.
You can get your medical from agha khan, I am not sure about other hospitals, then get it attested from MOFA. You will most probably be required to undergo medical again in China.
Chinese consulate receives visa application on 3 alternate days of a week. Confirm from their website/phone or other applicant the exact days.

It is stated on MOFA website that they attest only medical certificates issued by Medical Superintendent of any Government Hospital.

So most probably they will not attest medical issued from Agha Khan Hospital.

I reached Beijing on 9th at 11 pm. The first problem you will face is the language barrier. Most of the Chinese people don't understand English, so you should have the address of your university written in Chinese. When I got out of the airport, the taxi drivers who understood me asked too much, like 350 rmb for 40 km journey. Later I learned that those were private taxis. The govt owned taxis are cheaper. They have starting fare of 13 rmb to 15 rmb and 2.3 rmb per km. Like if you go 10 km govt taxis will charge you between 36rmb and 38 rmb. These fares are for max of 15km. For distance greater than 15km they charge you 1.5 times the total fare. I am told that you can differentiate between govt taxis and private ones by looking at the dashboard of the taxi. Govt taxi drivers hang their ID at the dash whereas private ones dont.
