Short answer: Only embassy designated hospitals are acceptable for visa process if you want to apply at embassy in Islamabad. Medical certificates from designated hospitals need not to be attested from MOFA.

I applied for Police Character Certificate at DPO Office Sheikhupura on Saturday and got the form attested by the SHO at my relevant police station.
The concerned person at DPO Office told me that I'll get my certificate on Monday (today) if I get my form attested by the concerned SHO.
Today, I went to HEC Office so I'll go for character certificate tomorrow.

HEC doesn't attest transcripts issued by departments/institutions of a university unless they are attested by controller examinations of the concerned university.
So, the applicants must get their transcripts attested by the university before going to HEC in order to save time.

I called IPC yesterday and finally a lady picked up the phone. She told that the documents shall be sent after 15 august. So untill wednesday we shall be able to recieve the docs perhaps .

Any updates ?? Has anyone gone through medical ?

"File for final approval has been sent to joint secretary. Documents will be dispatched or available for pickup after his approval. He may return file today, tomorrow, Monday or any other day, we can't say. Don't come without confirming from us the availability of your documents to avoid unnecessary trip and inconvenience" says IPC

Is it adviseable to book an air ticket for any day from 27th August to 3rd September as the fares are increasing with the passage of time. What can be the earliest and latest dates of departure (approximately)?

as the process is dead slow between two govts. (China and Pakistan), the therefore, I do not recommend reservation of air ticket before issuance of final schedule.

Maven bro, actually FPSC has right to do anything at any time, but I don't think thatFPSC would conduct driving test again because at the time of driving test, employee of NHMP was recording everything on video camera so that no one might be able to chellange anything later and to make the process more and more clear. But if FPSC want to get assure of something, it can re conduct the driving test. But in my view(as I have not the authentic information of this) FPSC won't conduct the driving test again and would move forward for finalizing the recruitment. I do wish that they may call again for driving test as mine test also went so bad, but it seems to be impossible.

It is very unfortunate that departmental candidates are showing nill interest in the forum by not sharing their experience and anything...it's too wrong because by sharing your experience , it does not means that you would be out of race. Hope so civilian candidates would show maturity in this respect.l.
