thanks a lot iffat for such a detail answer.moreover i am interested in your research topic because i have some experience in sociology.and also i am waiting immensely for the details of your interview at pms.as being the topper of that ,u r the best person to tell us how to achieve this apparently v difficult looking task .what was that special effect which made u the topper of the whole interview.interview is something which is v important to become successful not only in this typical exam but also in so many other exams,it can play a pivotal role in getting the desired post.,so it will be a great service on your part if u can train us in this category by sharing ur experience and by giving useful advice.thanks again.

I have started a new thread of interview with psychiatrist and panel, but it will be completed in episodes. I hope that it will be beneficial for all of you as it is totally based on my personal experience. Hoping you all will enjoy and learn.
