Not the test.. but interview where it has been done, including a psychologist in the panel.

How can you say that there was (would be) no psychologist in the interviews conducted (to be conducted)?

Yes sure. If they are keen in interesting good staff, then definitely they will. But depends if the letter reaches chairman NAB.

Four members, but the questions asked by them were not questions of psycho analysis. Routine questions just to fulfill the interview stage. No knowledge questions, no behavioral questions, no diversion questions.

One HRM member, one T&E member, and two from provincial office.

Even I don`t know. If it reaches the destination, then either they will clear my objections(if they are doing good job) or they can trash it (if they are not). As I have written my address and Phone number also.

But I have not asked anything for me I have just requested to take interview into consideration how they are being conducted.

I cannot digest what you are trying to say. They asked me knowledge questions (white collar, blue collar crimes and their examples). They asked behavioral questions (how do you spend your free time, tell an incidence when you had a solve a problem). They tried to divert me from one topic to another in that when I was in the middle of answering my question, they asked a different question.

It would be better if you get over this discussion now. You have not given the interview, I have given it and I can give you a surety that there was a psychologist in the interview panel.

Probably, if they can give, it would be much better. And if it was already present then that`s really a good of them.

Dear NAB is not an autonomous body and these recruitment s are not on contract basis they temporary but likely to be permanant.
