One important thing we might be missing here is; what I know about government job is

"No organization run under government can recruit, employees above BS 11, on its own.in Federal government organization recruitment should be through Federal Public Service Commission" But unfortunately ISI and NAB are not following this rule.

The only exception to this rule are autonomous bodies and NAB is not an autonomous body. If it is an autonomous body then its employees are not doing government job.

Help of Federal Public service commission can also be taken in this regard.

if you guys are asked about the impending law in legislature for opinion than you should oppose it ! a weaker accountability law will never serve the cause of accountability , hence it ought to be stringent and strict ! Whereas plea bargaining section is put to you for your opinion than you must suggest favour to that because it is also practiced in USA and UK it helps you to get back the assets of the country provided accused whether politician or public servants should not go scott free they should be sentenced to imprisonment for minimum period of three years !

It would be better for you to concentrate more on improving your ability rather wasting time in litigation so that next time u get call for interview.

NAB is autonomous body and these hiring are on contract basis.

I was wondering why the NAB lured the Engineers to join it when they had given an invitation to the professionals as mentioned in the advertisement. The only plausible thinking that strikes me is that of those Engineers who were CSS qualifiers. As mentioned in the advertisment the "relevence" of experience has a superior edge. But what is unable to comprehend is, if that was the case then the NAB HR must have mentioned it in their hunt of the best prey or telent, what ever you call it.

I beleive that I was not disqualified based on Pscyhological Test but the non relevance of the experience as I had an experience of 5 years plus in PTCL.

I had wished that the NAB HR may have guided me for the reasons for which I was not given a chance to appear in the interview. I shall remain greatful to them if they or any forum member who is truly aware of the actual selection criteria of selection and rejection as it was my first and the last chance to apply in the NAB based on the age criteria perhaps.

I have written a letter to Chairman NAB. May be it will not reach him. I have just asked him to place a psychologist in interview to find out cheaters in questionnaire psycho test. ISSB gives 10 seconds to write a complete sentence to find out the immediate thought of the candiate. Whereas NTS gave 60 minutes to 100 mcqs. Immediate thought can not be achieved in this case and candidate will only answer after careful thought. Who studied any psycho test guide were able to dodge easily.

So now everyone who were called for interview cheated at the psychological test, eh?

Not everyone. I already said, some people were really deserving but cheaters should be exposed because they are to work in an anti-corruption department. Who were fair in questionnaire can be judged by a psychologist easily in face to face interaction.

But this letter will be trashed by staff i know
