I think that is true. There is another stay by Baluchistan High Court by the candidates who presumeably failed in Psychological test and were not called for the interview.

I have heard that 80 employees of NAB who lost the case IHC are preparing to approach the Supreme Court against the Judgment of IHC. They are challenging the decision of IHC, and there will presumeably be another stay.

I am very disappointed the way this is happening.

the reason why there's a petition in BHC is because DD's were called for the interview and their interview never happened. (3 against 1 seat) because eventually NAB called only 1 person per seat.
and then there're people like me, who passed the psychological but didn't get called because i didn't meet the minimum cut off marks. (i don't know if anyone of those went to court).

the update on NAB site say that stay issued by Islamabad High COurt..

A good news ....... Election Commission ban has been lifted.

Marks in Written Test of Candidates of Punjab
I have compiled this result by carefully collecting the records of marks from the result list of Psychological test of those candidates who had their centre for the psychological as either Lahore or Islamabad assuming them candidates of Punjab,very few candidates of other provinces might also have their centres in these areas but those would be very few.
So guys U can guess ur merit no. from this list.
There were roughly 604 candidates(wid centre Lahore or Islamabad) for the post of AD(BS-17) from punjab ,
46 candidates have marks 70 0r above, and 109 candidates R wid marks 67 or above.Here is the list
