Dear friends, our recruitment in NAB is not under ban by the ECP. In yesterday's (6 Februray) meeting, it was decided that appointments on all those vacancies can be made according to the merit which were advertised before 31 August, 2012.

dear I called NAB hq and they said that they can't tell anything at the moment and don't know when the result would be declared....ab samajh nh araha what should we do ....itne hopes dikhae ab phr dosre baat ...

Dear Members,

It is a confirm news that stay order has been placed on the issuance of appointment letters by Balochistan High Court. The hearing is on 4th April 2013. NAB is trying for an early hearing.

Its something related to quota issue of Balochistan. NAB has things under control and they can easily get the stay order vacated provided they get early hearing.

Koi kehkarah hai k this week, koi next week, koi 15 February and koi kehraha hai "dont know". Aur sab yahi claim kar rahe hain k NAB HQ call ki hai.

I am sorry to say that, I am sure there some black sheeps among us who are misguiding us.

4th April is the hearing date, this is confirm news from NAB HQ, however NAB is trying to get an early hearing. So the date might change !

yaar yeh Balochistan HIGHCOURT ka stay ab kahan say aa gya, yeh khatam ho ga to SINDH high Court jag jaye ga, woh khatam ho ga to KPK highcourt ki neend toot jaye gi woh b koi stay samnay lay aye ga,,,,, itnay arsay main CHAIRMAN hi tabdeel ho jaye ga or gayi sari mehnat pani main .... NAB nay apni website par aisay kisi stay ka zikar b nahi kiya, or according to my source in yesterday's NAB meeting in HQ, the CHAIRMAN advised to write letter to ELECTION COMMISSION to get NOC regarding appointments but after EC meeting it is confirmed that our recruitment is not under ban, the source told me that letters are 100% ready and can be issued in next week

Dear All,

I just called NAB HQ to Mr. Mujahid Baloach 5 mins before.

He was very frustrated and said that they are sick of these stay orders, they worked whole year on this and spent lot of money on it but these courts are not letting us hire you people. He said that they just got another stay order from BHC and hearing date 04.04.2013. He further said that they are more eager and desperate to conclude this process. He felt very disappointed.

Just as I said in my previous post that they are taking time because they want another stay to be imposed and exactly same has happened.
