@ Aperbo and Black Eagle,
Ok we accept your advice and can wait for a weak more then what we should do after that if the result is not declared. I have made a text to Chairman simply requesting him to make the result public on website. After my yesterday,s post on this forum I am receiving sms from an unknown number with a warning of dire consequences. This might be a co incidence but in past no one ever dared to sent such messages. If you people insist then I stop my effort even though I am ready to pay the price of my endeavors.

We had a detailed discussion ranging from the efficacy of NAB in corruption riddled society and its role in controlling this menace, current episode of chairman’s perennial appearance before the SC and contempt warnings, rampant perception on his losing office as chairman NAB following his (unlikely) conviction, weight in the influence of the INFLUENTIAL in making this recruitment slip into abysmal oblivion to this much talked-about BHC stay.

Honestly speaking, I could not sell him the unfounded news of BHC stay. The real motive of my calling him was to extract his honest opinion about the chances for issuance of offer letters and NAB’s stance on this unwanted stay. He was not prepared to accept it and asked me the basis for such a restraint and I had no answer. He sometimes felt uncomfortable with my insistence on finding out the contents of such a petition and the stay in question. He once again advised to wait for a week at least to allow NAB send offer letters to the selected candidates. I must admit that when we hanged up, I recollected how naïve I might be behaving to insist on something that was without foundation of logical reasoning. He once again repeated that any such petition, if it is there, will be a tempest in a teapot and NAB will go extra-mile to get it dismissed.

I still believe that BHC stay is a hoax and devoid of rational substance. I do not know whose agenda it is serving. Someone who escalated this apparently groundless news must be laughing in his sleeves to see the soaring condition of our impatience and restlessness. Keeping aside what Mujahid Baloch said to one of the members of this group, there is no evidence unlike the IHC stay in favor of 80 NAB employees that appeared in news reports and through personal contacts with ability of spreading like jungle fire. The stay order is not a trivial, it has potential to affect the functioning of country’s top anti-corruption agency and blight the employment prospects of 360 people.

My brothers and sisters, if you followed my previous posts, you may remember that I lamented on the mental level of some of the members of this group. Some members have a bizarre tendency of losing temper and overreacting on non-issues without reasonably ensuring that accuracy of information. Let us ask ourselves: do we have authentic information other than hearsay that BHC has imposed a restraint? Did we read it in the newspapers or saw it on TV or read it on BHC website? This is website of CSS is a great source of information but a realistic self-analysis will reveal that we have made it a rendezvous of sensation and panic. Our crying, frustration and impatience will neither make the result public nor have a magic wand to get us the offer letters; we will contrarily hurt our emotions. This will soar our anxiety, aggravate our pain and add to our anguish. We cannot wait for a week until the situation becomes clearer and we go all out to make a course of action in the air. The principle of life is “do not be over-anxious of something that you cannot control.”
I am quite amazed at the way you have analysed this whole argument. When you say that the news of another stay is hoax, because you find no evidence to support this assumption theonly thing you blame is candidates oreason members ofthis forum. Well, I fail to understand and ask you to elaborate as to why dont you blame the very source which dissimenates this information - NAB Training Wing or HR depaetment Senior Officers. My point is when I and many others who have been calling NAB T&EW and are told that there's one more stay in BHC and the hearing is scheduled in April, what else we should write here. Should we consider that all these candidates are creating panic - When you know for sure that person over telephone said that its embarrassing and humiliating for us and our staff to respond to same questions - OR we simply call them liars relaying wrong information and serving interests of a clique. Brother, you cant deny reality its official version but not the hoax.

I have just reached here with my boss as we have a case in the Supreme Court tomorrow morning BUT!!! after reading from this forum right now, I have just requested boss to give me a day off tomorrow as i thought that i should personally visit the NAB HQ and also i should visit the guy who is there at DD level to check on the issuance of letters as well as on the stay etc. As the BHC stay news has been shared on this forum by members including myself and past shows that mostly the news came out to be a hoax like the issuance of letters etc. So let us confirm about the stay by checking on the HQ NAB and getting the petition number atleast so that we can be assure that the stay is there or not and then the future plan can be devised. Thanks to my boss who graciously allowed me to take a day off and go to NAB HQ.

I have also discussed the stay vacation matter with boss and also the chances of the new stay. He has guided me well enough by telling me that the CH SC should positively be aware of the stay grant and then the dismissal order by the CJ IHC as he has been already elevated to the SC and matters of such grave importance are always shared at places like dinner tables and community halls etc so there are chances that the CJ IHC is aware of this whole matter as chairman NAB has also time and again said that he is short at team members.

Seeing the anxiety of us on this forum i would say that as a text to the Chairman sb has already been sent, i had also tweeted to him what we can do is just write a letter, only one and at maximum, send a fax to him, as he is the only right person. Right now going into media does not seem the right thing to be done right now as someone already said that you never know about them that who is on whose side. Plus going into media shall create more pressure to Chairman NAB who is already having many pressures but is the last person that we want to get upset on this recruitment, because if he is upset then this matter might never get resolved.
Presently i suggest that a letter and a fax to the chairman would be okay and in the meantime i will confirm things from NAB tomorrow IA and shall update by next night.

On going to the CJ, i can help you in that from my own office sources as my boss just said that he can guide me how to get to the CJ on this matter as my boss is also a retired HC Judge.

So guys just wait for a day or so untill the news of BHC stay gets confirmed
any positive outcome of your visit?

Default Attention Plzzzzz

Dear all, NAB, as an institution, is quite sincere to announce results on earliest bases. But, now Balochistan H/C has imposed a stay in response to writ petetion filed by some candidates on quota proportion. Date of hearing is nerves breaking , 4th of April. But, for our sake NAB is moving an application for early hearing on this Monday. NAB urges us to appear before court on the date, whatever is fixed for early hearing, and present our situation. It will convince court to vacate the stay.

Brother my above post is in advice of NAB. They want atleast 5 to 6 of us at BHC at the date of hearing which they are trying to change from April 4 to any date in next 2 weeks. They are very hopeful of early hearing but the vacation of stay also needs our effort there.NAB advocate in going to Questa today or tommorrow to file an application for early hearing.Brother Hassan Naqvi and some seniors are requested to something in this regard. We will support you in every way we can.

Dear friend, all those candidates who belongs to Balochistan and especially from QUETTA and near cities can easily appear in BHC at the date of hearing. So instead of going from other provinces, it is easy fro them to appear in BHC. So all the BALOCHIANS here on this forum are requested to appear in BHC to vacate the stay ASAP.
