first post here. just wanted to say the amount of crybabies here is too high. if one has bad news keep it to yourself. if one has good news share. people can call nab themselves and ask instead of going on rumours here. you guys have applied for investigation officer etc and cant do a bit of investigating? no offence to anybody but never loose hope. everything happens for the best. cheers.

Why would I want to puncture people's confidence? I am on top of the merit list for JIO in Balochistan and I am just as anxious as you for the final result. I just shared what I was told. I never believed the claim that my colleague made and I find it highly unlikely that NAB will do such a thing after they uploaded the merit list on their site. I am keeping a close eye on the proceedings now and desperately for waiting for the final result.
Btw I dont think my words are broken or I am using street language.

Pehle NAC k bare kamal ki discussion hoti rhi aur ab ek naya issue chhera gaya hai k seats zyada ki gayi hain aur wo sifarshi ho ge. Yar kuch karne wali bat karo. Bas ek bat yad rakho k na to fpsc aur na hi ppsc result ko is tara open krti hai merit wise jis tara nab ne kiya jo nab ki clearly good intention show kr rha hai. In sha Allah sb merit pe ho ga jaisa k ab tak hua hai..

brother this was not for you. I have no problem with your English or your words. You are a decent person. Result is not yet out. Your friend may not have been selected from this hiring. I think he is selected on contract basis that does not require advertisement, formal written test and any medical. Check with him. If he is from this hiring, I think he may be too ambitious and hasty to tender his resignation at this stage when, I presume, he got some news that he is among the successful guys. As for the money, he may have pulled your legs.

Dear friends...NAB is at liberty to adopt any recruitment procedure it likes. Even walk-in interviews could be conducted and NAO permits to do so.

Despite all above, it adopted the most transparent procedure in most transparent way. A little confusion aroused due to failure of meritorious candidates in psychological test and no doubt, that was transparent too. Now the question is "Why would NAB increase seats for its vested interests when it is fully authorized to adopt any testing procedure?"
Just don't waste your energies at hypothesis based upon assumptions.

NAB will certainly keep transparency. Just wait till the hiring of instructors and training institute. Instructors and trainees will get the offer letters simultaneously. 21st November was last date for submission of applications for instructors. If NAB is in too much hurry even than, 10 to 15 days will be taken for interviews and result compilation of instructors. Thereafter, call letters will be issued to both instructors and trainees. 20 to 30 days will be given for joining and that is the logical outcome.

I would prefer to eat chocolate and die instead believing above.

If you guys have believed that NAB has maintained transparency and honestly conducted the whole process, then continue to believe in that.

Yes I believe that the transparacy level maintained in this NAB hiring process is 1000 times better than any other Govt organization hiring in this country. If someone says that a person gets job without applying or not his/her name in merit list then he/she is hired as contractual employee, and NAB can do that, but I still doubt truthfulness of that person who openly says that I got such job after paying hefty amount.

Also, we have no reason to say that NAB has not maintained transperancy. All these rumours prove nothing. We can not blaim NAB for not maintaining transprancy just because they are taking long time to annouce the result. We all already well aware that all Govt. department's recruitment processes take long time to come to end. Compared with other Govt Departments, I have never seen such transparent and efficienct recruitment process (as far as my experience is concerned).
