I do not want you guys lose hope, but my best guess: With the new accountability bill passed by the parliament, our chances for selection will be burried for good, God forbid.

there r 11 bills to pass the NA in 7 days . The most important one is fair trial bil. And as per petition is concerned nab authority is more aggressive to its law wing as could'nt clear the way to isue the latters. Chairman gave the deadline of 20 th to meet the formalities so that there should more public involvement if nab comes to scene.. . . . . . .and khurshed shah is not available for 4 days, bil will not be present
without his consultancy.

Instead of banging our heads lets do some creative discussion:

I request all members to read and Compare Appointment of Members of Staff and officers in NAC Bill and NAB Ordinance.

NAC Bill: Page 6 - Chapter II Section 9.

NAB Ordinance: Page 32 - Section 28.

Lets compare and discuss what will be the effect on our recruitment if bill is passed.

Note: NAB Ordinance is available on NAB website nab.gov.pk and NAC Bill is available on National Assembly website na.gov.pk

as far as I understood this It shows that the process which was conducted is same and in accordance with the new bill. so there is a hope that in case of new bill the process conducted may not be shattered..

There is no page 6 in the NAC bill available on NA website.

Can you share the exact link for the bill.

There is page no. 6 and I have gone through it. The only difference there appears is that of Prosecutor General has to be the member so now if people concerned with law can help us understand its repurcussions.

my opinion on this prosecutor general is if commission comes in and want to hire, it can formulate a new panel according to law to conduct interviews again, there is no need to conduct whole process again because previous steps are same as per the law
