Exclamation FPSC Address?
What is the address of FPBS on which to send documents? Please reply urgent. And what about attestation limitations? Is it ok if I get them attested from bps-17 officer stamp and signature. Is name really important?

Secretary FPSC, Aga Khan Road, Islamabad
You have to get them attested from a BPS-17 officer with his name on the stamp.

I don't know really but someone here on the forum advised to write the officer's name just above the stamp. But I am not sure, I think you will find such a stamp, just ask around from friends/neighbours/family etc

Whereas, this recruitment is according to ADV. NO. 03/2015.

i posted the biodata form downloaded from internet. and i received that letter 2 days ago in which biodata form was enclosed. now shoild i fill it again n send with documents or the one i have already sent would be enough??

what would be the last date for the submission of forms?

I have applied for DPC, it is under process, may i sent the application i have submitted for the issuance of DPC(forwarded by my director to administration)?

What about equivalence certificate(engineering background), should i attach the equivalence notice of HEC?
