U would be getting equivalence certificate from her Islamabad .. but first make a one call to fpsc to make sure whether u have to or not ..
See advertisement also if they have demanded in case of bs 4 years

So what have you concluded comrade? Do we need that equivalence certificate? I think this notice is recognizing these degrees, I mean there is no mention of an equivalence certificate in case of these degrees.

FPSC has asked for attestation of copies with name stamp of attestation officer. What does this mean? For attestation, a BPS-17 officer just signs and stamps underneath (where the stamp mentions official designation only). Does name stamp mean that the stamp should have the officer's name on it too? What if one is unable to find such an officer who has a stamp with his name on it?

If name stamp is not available then do write attesting officer name manually along with simple stamp.

Hello gentleman...i am also engineer and have cleared a.d ib test. I have a problem regarding equilance certificate issued by H.E.C...
Whether hec notification regarding equilance of engineers to master degree ,as shared by someone in the thread , would be enough or we have to contact H.E.C individually to obtain it ....
It is my request to all senior members especially tasawar ,kamb,exclusively...
Please answer my query as soon as possible...

I have sent emails to HEC director and some other officials.They have forwarded my emails to other officials notifying ms as CC.Now waiting for their verification.Upon this,i would apprise.

Yaar ache khasy parhe likhe log ho phr bhi itna panga. As you can see HEC's notification clearly means that the piece is public and no one can ask for any equivalence or such certificate after this for the mentioned degrees. If someone does, this circular can be produced in your defence.
