Attestation by any class-I gazetted officer (BS-17 and above) is acceptable provided the stamp is with name. Lecturer is no exception.

What if one is unable to find such an officer who has a stamp with his name on it?
send me i ll do that for you

Default Equivalence certificate

Attention Engineers,
Today, I have visited FPSC's Regional office, Karachi, and inquired about the enclosure of Equivalence Certificate. I asked the personnel if it was necessary for me (bearing the fact that I possess BS in Engineering) to enclose with the application, the Equivalence Certificate, provided that the HEC has publicly issued the notification regarding the equivalence of 4-year engineering degrees to Master's degree. He nodded in agreement, and asked me if the HEC did so then you can enclose with and dispatch the copy of the said letter with your other documents.
I also visited HEC's Regional Office, Karachi, and found that it takes atleast 30-days for HEC to issue the Equivalence Certificate.

so all engineers what should we do now?
I think it is enough to enclose public notice regarding equilance of B.E to masters degrees, otherwise it would be late in documents submission...if we apply in H.E.C for equalence certificate..

So I think we can only send this notification, no other options. Can you please tell where can I get this said notification for print? And what is the address for sending documents?
