We should all be united on single platform and should struggle against these cruel policies of SPSC.

Some of the failed candidates or the relatives of such candidates who are posting unjustified criticism on this "SCREENING THING", should be talking some logic at least.
It's a matter of serious concern for the whole Sindh if SPSC continues going corrupt. So You guys must appreciate SPSC's positive gesture lately. This transparency, this delivery and this promptness were never witnessed before. I think we are heading to unprecedented reforms in our provincial service commission which is no doubt in the broader good of Sindh at large. So,regardless of your individual failures, you guys must encourage the collective success. Regards :

for all those who think that there was merit in spsc this time, bhaiyon this was just an effort to throw candidates (as many as they can) out of competition. SPSC should now be renamed as adi faryal public service commission. lol. yeh log itne barey jugadhi hain ke jis ko appoint karna hoga uski copy change hojayegi. and rate list ke barey main tou sab jante hain.
knocking doors of court will be useless now, its too late. |

No doubt that SPSC has conducted this this very well but the pattern of the test was totally unexpected and unjust. if the test was decided to be conducted at the end of 2014 then the gen knowledge questions should have contained the matters of 2014 instead of 2013.
If SPSC could not manage to go with a new paper for new year what is the purpose of asking for a demand draft of Rs 1000/- from the applicants. The application fee is meant for arranging, organizing and conducting the test in the best possible manner but to my amazement the question containing dates of 2013 were illogical and to those who have qualified that section too, i would only say "BHAIYO OR BEHNO AP JESE MAHAAN CANDIDATES KO CSS KELIYE APPLY KRNA CHAHYE YE SEATS AP KI SHAAN KE SHAYA NISHAAN NAHI " =)

Although i did`nt clear the test by only by 2 marks. I can not say that the process is illegal or inappropriate. Eligibility test should be done in order to filter out the candidates. In my point of view, the questions asked were not irrelevant or difficult. One needs to demonstrate tremendous G.K and Current affairs knowledge. Keeping that in view, the questions were very relevant. however, i did`nt prepare for it causing me to disqualify for the CCE.
If anyone had any reservation or doubt regarding the legality of this test. He/She should have proceeded against SPSC before taking this test. There was enough time for that purpose (more than one year). Talking about the legality after taking the test is Inappropriate |

Related to CCE
After the excruciating wait of six years commission finally decided to conducted test in Dec that had to take place originally in 2013. Notwithstanding the arguments how the prevalent red tapism delayed its materializing and played with the future of many aspiring candidates from Sindh and deprived them of their rightful participation and either it’s good or bad to conduct screening test to cut down the number of candidates. The issue at the hand is how below the par and flawed the content of the test is. Candidates were instructed to prepare from Current Affairs and yet not a single question would qualify to come under this question. The MCQs from the Everyday Sciences section were so vague and I could say to the extent that some were factually incorrect or have such options. The GK questions were not by any definition were ‘General Knowledge’. How on earth would candidates know an XYZ event took place at an XYZ mountain and that event is not even of this year. Even the MCQs asked related to Sindh were chosen in such wrongful manner that the candidates living in cities other than Khi, Hyd or Sukkur didn’t know the answers or it wasn’t the ‘common knowledge’. I even have doubts on the correctness of grammar portion too. I’ve taken CSS exam and had given multiple NTS tests so have an idea how these tests are like, how to prepare for such exams and how properly MCQs section is prepared in them.
Now the question is, THIS IS IT?! I mean the candidates waiting for years and now couldn’t apply for next CCE-if it’s going to happen in regular fashion, of which I’m uncertain as of yet- due to age limit issues. I’m not a sour loser and It isn’t whining by a failed candidate by any means as some successful candidates are putting it. I’m sure there are many whose ‘tukkas’ worked this time so is this how SPSC judges the aptitude of its candidates? What would successful candidates do when such irregularity and injustice would happen when you will be giving your written exam or interviews later? If you didn’t point it out now this will become a pattern as it has always been. The only solution to me seems is the lowering of passing criteria from 50% to 40% because conducting this test again would be a huge burden on SPSC and is nearly impossible. I’m sure many who are working in government departments of Sindh are part of this wonderful forum so it’s a request to them to play their role in helping your fellows from Sindh. So candidates, RAISE YOU VOICE AND CREATE A DIFFERENCE BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE! |
