There will be a placement interview at orientation ceremony where there is a chance of change of place of posting or even the department. Moreover, place of posting will be mentioned in the appointment letter. and all the appointees will be knowing their respective posting at orientation.

Congratulation to all newly appointed MTOs of NBP and welcome to all of you.Those who are concerned about documentation need not to get worry as they have ample time in hand for this purpose.Many MTOs normally are unable to complete documentation formalities on joining date but afterwards complete it during the training.Once you return from orientation , you will receive call from staff college regaring documentation. Besides few thing are important in this regard

1- Guarantee from account holder of any bank.
2-Police verification is done by the bank itself

If anyone has any specific query, please ask me with out any hesitation

Is it not necessary to get the guarantee from account holder of NBP?

Na na, any person... having 400,000 or more in his bank a/c. the person can even put 400,000 for just a day, and get a letter from bank, and later can draw it back

Guyz, there are 4 documents to be typed on Stamp Paper, for which material has been provided.
Now the questions is how to do it.
1st option is to photocopy it on stamp paper, but very carefully, or ur Rs100 will get waste.
2nd option is to type that matter; now if u type it urself, it will take lots of time, and if u give it to typing wala, u'll have to spend money.
whereas 3rd option; to get a soft copy of that matter, will be the best

So any NBP person got soft copy of that?

if we can get its fair, other wise we may 3/4 person type each one a specific doc. and then share with each other, time and efforts can be saved in doing so

Final placement interview is conducted by Dr Abrar Baig and Hanif Sb.If request for change of place of posting is backed by proper justification , they normally accomodate subject to availbility of alternatives.


The person who guarantee(Your Guarantor) you on stamped paper, it must be accompnaied by a letter from his/her banker (any bank where his/her account is being maintained) that the person is account holder of the bank and his conduct of the account is such that he/she can issue personal guarantee worth Rs 400000/=.

My guarantor is my aunt but she has a joint account with my uncle, so what would happen in this case?

can i give my personal gurantee or any of my parents or siblings gurantee me???

secondly i want to know that in placement interview they ask us or just tell us???

!- Yes guarantee from parents and siblings is acceptable

2- Placement interview is of very short duration and on average lasts for less than 1 minute. However if you raise any isssue of concern , they listen you.
