31st Oct is last date for CE 15

Any hopes

Dear Amna, my CE 2014 result is withheld and the reason is: some ambiguity in local/domicile. They have sent the letter on 30th sept., 2014. I have cleared their reservations and send the said documents. Should I make a wishful thinking or not?

As you said earlier, you are one of the genuine contributors but what you wrote earlier clearly indicates the even the genuine contributors has no knowledge of the progress of this case.
You are asking others to be a part of this struggle but to be honest, I don't SEE any struggle. I can't trace the petition and I asked Mr. Liaqat and yourself several times to share the case number but every time only a long period of silence is the reply.
How hard it is to simply post a reply with the case number for the SO CALLED STRUGGLE? I even called the number you provided but no one picked the phone. Mr. Liaqat is nowhere to be seen and truth be told, I haven't seen a single person who is so busy that he can't find a five minute window in his busy schedule.

This was a scam to rip the unsuspecting simple minded honest people who are hoping to get another shot at doing something for themselves. May ALLAH show everyone the right path.

Looks like government will increase the education requirement to 16 years. If this happens, then we have to appeal for increasing the upper age limit to 30 as well.

Dear Cronos,

Just to provide a quick update, apart from being a low contributor on this issue, am doing job at an Oil and Gas field, where unfortunately internet connection is below par, due to which it isn't that easy to catch up with the pace everyone else expects.

Mr. Liaqat belongs to Jhang district, and as per my information, Jhang was flood affected area, just like many others I haven't talked to him in recent past, however, upon my return to Pakistan, will contact him regarding update.

I would suggest, if you or other aspirant members can take some positive practical steps regarding this issue, that would be appreciated.

In my opinion Why Appeal for increasing upper age limit. Appeal should be for NO upper age limit. I have heared from reliable persons that there is not any upper age limit on government jobs in America and many other western countries( except in Law enforcing jobs). Then why this cruel rule exist in pakistan.

Case for Age relaxation (in general) from my side:
Thanks for comparing Pakistan with America and many other western countries. But sorry the ground realities are changed here. We are NOT a developed country, but a developing nation. Most of our countrymen don't get education and job opportunities like developed world. Our unemployment rate as well as literacy rate as well as inflation, all these rates are ENGINEERED rates by our noble governments. In most of our houses there is single bread earner. There is virtually no industrialisation present in our country. So absence of strong private sector makes government job a compulsion. Recently NTS has established itself as provider of jobs on merit. Otherwise in past many, many jobs were granted to near and dears of politicians. Still in Sindh and Baluchistan many opportunities are not given to NTS. But there is positive trend in Punjab and KPK to recruit through NTS. Do anyone with as little sense as possible believe that there is 6.2% unemployment of of eligible workforce whereas in Pakistan for dozen or so vacancies tens of thousands apply. Either you live abroad or you are very young that you think that age relaxation is dacoity on your right.

Respectable Senior member! first of all thank you for your comments. Let me tell you that I already have write this issue to editor daily Nawaiwaqt and it has also published in this newspaper. I totally agree with you that these efforts should be practiced to highlight this issue. But as you said that age limit should be 35, In my opinion age should not matter. An adult person of any age could apply for a government job if he has required qualification. In this way we can increase our strength for this case.
