They could never out perform..... keep in mind..........
But, I think there must be a separate quota for females as they have nothing to do with the operations against criminals and terrorists ... The only purpose of their induction is to take females in custody, presence of female police in case male investigates, searching women and look after the women police stations as female culprits are kept there. . . Other than that, female's role is totally out of question..... We have already seen , what kind of 'special role', is being played by female traffic wardens.... In a nutshell , no female should be allowed to join psp by open merit, as they have no work to do except passing time in stupid things as female wardens did during training..... They would get on bikes as a fun , roaming here and there and that's all..... I have stated the facts..... I hope, nobody would become biased on the basis of gender.

Do you know how many female police chiefs US has? Now don't start hating on US for that. You can check NY Times for female police chiefs and their achievements. No matter how hard the job, it is the woman who can choose to go for it or not, people like you don't have a right to 'ban' things for them. So these police chief women, Did they pole dance her way to that position? or just arrested people for fun? No, they worked harder than anyone and became that person. So much for your views, if a girl gets selected on open merit, then she deserves it, if she can not handle the duty that does not mean that all other candidates would not be able to handle the same duty. Women in ARMY show very clearly that they have the strength and potential to be anywhere they want to be. Don't be scared of women, work harder man.

Wardens example was given to show the level of seriousness..... Even when they were sent on trafic duty , they used to rest in the shadow... What else they could do? It's not easy to stand right under the burning heat which is thrown by the Sun in summer... I also don't want them to suffer ... So, better join any other profession. How could you call me misogynist......... This is nothing more than a negative perception due to your self created beliefs. I have no need to hate US for defending my point.... US has different set of structure . We can't compare with that... Women in Army are serving only in services corps as doctors or engineers.... A great drama had been created to show the women empowerment , by inducting female pilots in airforce.. Where they are now ? They are grounded as they can't perform such difficult tasks.... There is a hell of difference in the physique of men and women... But if you are so interested in taking such uphill task, go for it....... I can't stop you. You would get know after joining the service......

Women have accessory roles in combat , even in western police or armies. They can take care of indoor duties.
Secondly, women and men are different in their abilities , it's a law of nature , there is no question of misogyny here . I am always amazed at the infuriated responses of girls , equating even the most reasonable of argument to sexism and misogyny . Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

I am pointing misogyny at the person who said open merit should be BANNED for girls in PSP. Also i had a question for any senior member in PSP, are women ASP's appointed in women only police stations after the full training years?

so did any one ban THEM? No, we created competition for survival. In pakistan, there is no competition or hardly any in Service sectors like Army and Police, so how can you judge ALL women based on the meagre stats of less than ONE percent of female officers or combatants? Im sorry to say but it IS misogynistic if you assume things without all the women being given equal chances as men in these fields. Maybe, women empowerment IS a drama here, but it is so because deep down people don't actually trust women to hold positions, expect them to grind their lives between family and career, over burden them and then label them as disappointment in the end. There HAS to be a start somewhere, so please, Even if you don't BELIEVE that women can hold these offices, you don't have the right to say what they SHOULD or SHOULDN'T do, you can't ban human beings from their choices. you can only help them get better.
