Nonetheless recently announced prime minister’s scheme of granting loans to youth is likely to feed them once. It would not only cripple the economy but also render depression in the youth ultimately. In the mean time govt should have to make an effective plan which can make capable enough to earn his livelihood.

Consequently, it is better to make a nation technically strong, by teaching the techniques of earning livelihood rather than that of providing meal once. No doubt, dictum beautifully reveals the covert features of skill and acquirement.
