Introduction: The greatness of a nation is never earned in the battlefield.

((Excellent thesis statement 10/10))

Example of the USA:
•The Monroe doctrine
•Emergence of USA after WW-II as super-power

((I think you want to say that USA is not great because it used war as a mean to achieve greatness.
True !
But you have poorly portrayed your idea. It is more ambiguous than clear. It's much more safer to completely omit this point. 1/10 for this))

What is the real greatness of a nation

((just write "the real or true greatness" don't write "what is".

The point is relevant so 4/10))

Drawbacks of fighting:

War has always been a recipe for depredation
•Economic setback
•Political setback( e.g. USA’s foreign policy on retreat)

((My friend don't mention USA repeatedly, the essay is about great Nations not USA,))

•Psychological and social effects
Today war is a negative sum game

((3/10 for this section))

Benefits to nations who avoid war

((nice heading.. 5/10))

•Cutting down the military expenditure

((write "low military expenditure"))

•Focus on development and nation-building
•Exalted standing in comity of nations

((nice points 5/10))

How to win without fighting
•Economic growth( e.g. China vs. USA)
•Multinational corporations ( theory of neo-colonialism)

((neo colonialism is something negative, okay.. You can justify your stance. But do it in the body and MNCs are included in economy,))

•Fourth generation warfare (Sun Tzu’s saying: The supreme art of war is to subdue the enemy without fighting.)
•Media warfare due to globalization
Challenges to Pakistan and use of soft power
•Victory earned by hard power is short-lived
Conclusion
See above. In it's present form it is shy of 40 marks. In my opinion.

But this is not that bad.

Global disarmament is possible

Introduction
The true spirits of the mutual cooperation and coexistence can easily become the substitute for the lethal armaments. The global armament is the product of the conflicting interests and fears; the peaceful solution of conflicts will diminish the need of armaments. Disarmament can happen in a world where the tradition of the use of power has been abolished. The nations’ unanimous agreement on renouncing the use of power would certainly lead to a voluntary disarmament. Many leading nations have progressed without the armaments and heavy armies, and it manifests the fact that disarmament is achievable only in the presence of a friendly neighborhood. The phenomenon of disarmament can be a success if the nations succeed in defining comprehensive strategies for solving their disputes without using the power.

A. World has a greater potential for disarmament

B. Universalized aspirations are essential for disarmament
1. It is not an enforced mechanism.
2. It’s possible when all the nations recognize its need
3. Unilateral attempts of nations lead to disarmament
4. Creation of a specific global environment for disarmament

C. Factors enhancing the possibility of disarmament
1. Disregarding the use of armaments
2. Abolishing imperialism
3. Emphasizing the unity in diversity
4. Strong and impartial world institutions for justice
5. Political will, an essential prerequisite

D. How comprehensive disarmament can happen at present?
1. Negotiations instead of wars
2. Incorporating all the nations in race of development
3. Economic type of punishment for breaking international laws
4. Regional powers’ resolve to voluntary disarmament; absorbing geopolitical tensions
E. world can make disarmament possible
Conclusion

disarmament is possible

introduction : No weapon can be built nor exploded if human unwillingness is stood against it. in fact , history has shown that disarmament is possible given leadership is willing, backed by people of the world. states are usually driven to accumulate armaments when there is constant mutual distrust and fear of aggression. if such fears are subsided , perhaps need of armaments will never arisen. Fortunately , current modes of warfare and complexity of conflicts are strengthening the belief that use of weapons are only catalyzing the wars and killings while solution lies only in disarming the conflict zones and diplomatic efforts. moreover, advancements in communication and technologies have also made easy for countries to come closer together and sign disarmament agreements. however, such efforts will require strong leadership ,example of which has recently been demonstrated in Iran nuclear deal. therefore ,there is a greater hope that world leaders may come together and begin a new era of weapon free world.

current international developments strengthening future possibility of disarmament
1.growing world public opinion against armament
2.given current complexity of warfare, weapons no more serve as deciding factors for victory
3.emergence of multi polar world order reinforcing need for disarmament
4.shift towards 5th dimension of warfare

if leadership is willing , disarmament cannot be a far dream
1.role of world two super powers during periods of detente during cold war
2.post world war 2 europe
3.only farsighted and visionary leadership puts nation on trajectory of economic development (japan)
4.iranian nuclear deal was made possible by obama and rouhani leadership

global disarmament can be made possible through long term efforts
1increasing trade and people to people among rival states
2.global awareness to revisit portion of educational curriculum which glorify warring history and security culture
3.reforming UNO
4.ending media propaganda wars
5.maintaining inter religious harmony

immediate measures
1.rusia , europe and usa must strike a deal to reduce selling arms globally
2.resolve middle easts crisis as well as other territorial conflicts through diplomatic efforts
3.multistate agreement to initiate process of disarmament

conclusion

Gender equality is a myth
 Introduction: Despite the tireless efforts to achieve gender equality, it remains a utopian ideal till today
 What is gender inequality
 History of start of gender equality
 Efforts in past to get rid of gender equality
• 3 waves of feminism
• Feminist movement in Pakistan
 Failure of all efforts is evident (with reference to Pakistan)
• Women and government
• Women and education
• Women and legal system
• Women and economy
 West is the best example of inequality in disguise of liberalism
 Causes of inequality
• Self-pleasing use of religion
• Vested interests behind feminism
• Illiteracy
• Instinct of man to not share authority
 Gender perspective of Karl Marx theory of class conflict
 Impacts of gender equality
• Half of world’s population can’t play efficient role in development
• Human rights violation
• Deviance in society
 Recommendations:
• Revolutionizing education, history, media, and religion
 Conclusion: Unless egalitarianism is actually achieved, the hope for the durable peace is futile.

INTRODUCTION:
 Despite the tireless efforts to achieve gender equality, it remains a utopian ideal till today. The fair sex is still treated unfairly. The odious gender inequality has plagued the human race since the evolution of concepts like private property and ownership. Following which there has been relentless struggle to rid human race of this vicious evil. But the utter failure is pretty evident from the plight of women everywhere on this planet: the East and the West. And for that matter Pakistan’s statistics show it as one of the worst countries for woman to live. The reasons for this injustice range from illiteracy to the failure in comprehending the real essence of religion and from vested interests to instincts to rule. The gender perspective of Karl Marx’s theory depicts how the world is structured to maintain the gender difference. Consequently, the conundrums such as violation of human rights, social deviance and under-performance of women in mankind’s development emerge. Hence it’s in the best interest of human beings to do away with this vice via revolutionizing education, religion, media, economy and eventually the society. Because unless egalitarianism is actually achieved, the hope for durable peace is futile.

The United Nations in 21st century; obligations and limitations
Introduction
The obligations of UN remain the same but the problems, it confronts, have been changed .the functions today are not limited to maintaining the balance of power among states. Today, it has to restore order in regions where there are no central powers and the status of states has been reduced to sub-states. The chaos which non-state actors have been producing changes the nature of the world politics. The United Nations cannot play a role of mediator among actors who have no national identities. It has to decide the future of the non-state actors, a decisive strategy to eliminate them. The rising powers also challenge the present structure of UN and demand the redefinition of the roles played by the bigger powers. The contemporary world demands a widened role of UN, recognizing the respectable status of the potential powers and their concerns.

A.21ST century widens the nature of UN’s obligations

1. Redefining the national identities of the volatile regions in the Middle East
2. Incorporating the will of the potential powers in political matters
3. Preventing the nuclear confrontations
4. Reinventing strategy to accommodate the new powers
5. Taking responsibility for impartial solution of foreign aggression
6. Proper regulation of MDGs in the world
7. Playing a leading role in protecting climate

B. Which elements paralyze UN in the 21st century?

1. Conflicting interests of the states
2. Financial dependence on few powerful states
3. The unlimited powers of big five
4. The complicated political scenario of the world
5. Its incapacity to bring the offenders to the book

C. The limitations essential for its survival in 21st century

1. Non-interference in the decision-making process of independent states
2. Disregard for the approval of military actions against weaker states
3. Restriction on the unlimited powers of big five

D. only a vigilant UNO is the need of 21st century

Conclusion

comments please,
my outline, on any topic including the introduction para, takes 1 hour and 2 hours seem to me enough to write a good essay of 1800 to 2000 words.
if there is any flaw please highlight
