k. Certificate for Minorities. (Annex-D)
l. Departmental Permission Certificate (Annex-E) (for Government Servants).
m. In case of Ex-Employees of Armed Forces of Pakistan No Objection Certificate from relevant authority.
n. In case of Disabled candidates, certificate of disability from the competent authority



This is from the application form after you have applied online and the printed the application.

As they mentioned, Attested copies and Attested pics... from where to attest these documents etc. ?

Get your documents attested by any Grade 17 or 18 Officer.

Are we suppose to scan our documents for online submission or the documents are only suppose to b sent with the hard copy?

No, you don't need to scan your documents. Get them photocopied and attested, then dispatch them to FPSC along with hard copy of the online application

Is the following challan form, present on the the FPSC site, for CSS-2015 or do we have to fill some other challan form? Thanks.

I havn't started filling out my form but I wanted to ask do we have to fill it in one go or would there be an option of saving it and returning to it later?

No, you can complete your profile in intervals. But once you are completed creating profile, you'll have one chance to apply and after that you can not edit it so fill out very carefully everything.

You can resume where you left while creating profile. It can be saved as well as edited before applying. After applying editing profile won't have any effect on your application.

The profile would contain a person's general background information and the application would consist of questions related to one's optionals?

And what about the passport-sized picture, do we have to scan it or should we send it directly with the hardcopy?

Here is the link to Guidelines for online application and here is the video that I've created to clarify online application after successful application.

fill out your application completely and once completed apply for CSS. In that section you'll have enter receipt no, bank details, optional subjects and occupational groups.

You'll have to upload it and you have to reduce the file size to 30KB and you can do that by reducing it with the method described in this post
