No for that you need an equivalency certificate from IBCC. Birth certificate is not required in any case as far as I know.

Hi
I am all done with the online form, printing, attesting, and arranging the documents. Now i have to send them to FPSC office. As i live in Lahore, should i submit it to the regional office in Mustafa Town (as we used to do in past years)?

Or should i submit the form through TCS or DHL?

Send your form and all documents to
FPSC
Main office through courier service tcs or Pakistan postal service.
Address as mentioned in advertisement.

occupational group view is only from 1 to 10. where are 11 and 12? please suggest what to do

While submitting chalan form, bank has kept bank copy as well as candidate copy. Is it the way ?

yes. send original to fpsc and keep duplicate with you

The same happened with me don't worry when you take the print outs then all the groups would be mentioned there.

Yes it so. They have given you two slips, the one "FPSC copy (original)" and the other "duplicate". You're supposed to send the former along with rest documents and pre-filled dully signed application form to FPSC via TCS.

we are supposed to fill the checklist by hand?

on page 7 of the application (print view) my district is incorrectly mentioned. ...
should i correct it with pen after i get the print? and the problem is that i reside in shahfaisal town which falls in korangi district and korangi district is not mentioned in the list. so should write korangi or NOT GIVEN (list has the option of 'not given')
