Sorry mam. Actually flow of members has been directed to the intensity. TSA has attracted all of us. Its his power of motivation that we have focused on his views more than president of Pakistan.

no offense, we are all part of a family that is our forum and i didnt find any angerness in this thread because these are my own thinking and i shared it and i own it, everybody in forum is my brother and sister and they have equal rights to share their thinkings..
In my thinking we are just fools that we follow Mr X Y Z just in a sheep manner without thinking whether their deeds/actions are for betterment to the nation.. just put on todays paper and you will find that many brave politicians have raised slogans to re-open case of Z.A Bhutto just to make fool of common people, but what for B.Bhutto ? no proceedings, no f.i.r. and hired services of UN to investigate and even thn their report is being delayed! are our own investigation machinery so poor that we have to hire services of a foreign body ? and by paying exorbinant fees from national budget............ and what immunity? what is problem for a man to face judges if he is not a culprit why dont he defend himself in sober way ! my dear brethren dont sleep, wake up Pakistan..

need to do more for the nation
do not criticize for criticism but for the reforms... our government did well in the matter of 18th amendment and other political issues but poverty in the country is growing day by day ... what the government is doing to reduce unemployment .... to eradicate poverty ... v need a comprehensive policy to fulfill our needs ... and it can be possible just with the unity of all the nation and all the political parties... if any of the political party is patriotic she should think about the future of the nation and must support the government to complete all the projects and policies.... LIVE LONG PAKISTAN

President Zardari today won many peoples heart when he said that people, not presidency, were the real source of power. Zardari is not afraid of the courts but he has faced the courts for 11 years already. If these courts could not prove any case in eleven long years then what will they do now? These were the same courts who validated Musharraf's coup, so why not these judges face the trial first? The CJ himself is a PCO judge and should immediately resign. If other PCO judges can't sit in the court then why is he sitting?

Must read the changes in Contradiction with COD
Although everyone of you discussed the 18th Amendment but there are some important points which must be discussed here the following are here:
1.According to the real 1973 Constitution and clause 2 of the CoD “the appointment of the governors, three services chiefs and the CJCSC shall be made by the chief executive”. The constitutional committee never agreed to implement clause 2 of the CoD in its true spirit 2.The 18th Amendment bill proposed changes in Article 101 of the Constitution that “there shall be a governor for each province, who shall be appointed by the president on the advice of the prime minister”. 3.According to the new bill, the president is still the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and “the President shall, on advice of the Prime Minister appoint CJCSC and three services chiefs”. 4.The president still enjoys 50 percent powers in the appointment of governors and services chiefs. It is learnt that Senator Raza Rabbani consulted with President Zardari in detail and some powers were left for president with the consent of Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani 5.The Clause 3 of the CoD says that the recommendations for appointment of judges to superior judiciary shall be formulated through a commission headed by a chief justice who has never previously taken oath under the PCO. In the light of this clause, Justice Iftikhar was not eligible to become the head of the judicial commission because he took oath under the PCO in 2000. 6.The 18th Amendment bill has deleted article 62(g) completely which says that a person shall not be qualified to be elected or chosen as a member of parliament unless “he has not been convicted for a crime involving moral turpitude or for giving false evidence”. 7.According to the new version of Article 63(h), now a person shall be disqualified from being elected member of parliament if “he has been, on conviction for any offence involving moral turpitude, sentenced to imprisonment for a term of not less than two years, unless a period of five years has lapsed since his release”. According to some experts, this new article may help President Zardari in future from disqualification or impeachment. Sources in the constitutional reforms committee claimed that members of Jamaat-i-Islami and the JUI-F opposed major changes in Articles 62 and 63 but members from PPP, PML-N, PML-Q, MQM and also ANP supported changes in articles inserted in Constitution by former military dictators.
