DPO has proudly claimed in supereme court when askd for suspension that he is a CSP officer...Then what is the difference b/w Rankers and so called CSPs in PSP...no doubt we cant claim all CSPs but wat is most annoying is that CSPs are supposed to be more educated and less corrupt???Then wat the hell is the problem ???wat thinking is behind this act??and wat abt the persons standing there and seeing it as an ammusement???and the people who made the videos???for me all are responsible for this,,not even a single person dared to stop them??

Jasmine figure out the height of frustration among the people. when ppl believe that they wont find justice by going to courts then they break law.
secondly it also throws light upon th e deteriorating state of our society.whether it would be a csp or a ordinary person everyone is suffering from it. ![]()

I strongly condemn this heinous act of barbarity, in no way it shows symptoms of street justice. I have noticed everyone here is blaming police but the reality is that might be police is tired of sending cases to local session court for punishments and session court is awarding bale. This element cannot be ignored at any cost, however this is the real justice institution in the end. The duty of police is to present criminals to court with evidence, then it is upto court to decide the guilty as criminal and award any punishment. But when influential people reach courts they use their approach and strive every of their nerve and finally acquitted with a bale notification to police station.
Just to share an incident earlier occured during the most reputable DIG Abid Ali late (who was murdered himself) while his stay at Mardan. There used to be criminals strongly backed by political party, that one criminal was arrested three times under different cases and sent to court, he was released on bale each time. Later it was the police officer who has to shot him dead in an encounter as a last option of justice. So either in this case we shold blame the police or courts or the political heads. Please don't get emotional at such incidents. It is quite apparant from this incidence that our social justice system has completely failed, neither police has any more confidence on courts, neither courts are performing their duties with dignity and the zeal which is required. Consequently justice will be on roads and such stories will be in air quite often.

brother u might be right but reality is if in investigation police has declared a person guilt n offence falls under category of non-bailable offence no court will grant bail thats for sure.
but if the challan submitted by police is khana no. 2 means they decalred a person innocent in investigation than court will certainly grant bail. the case u r mentioning can happen but when police is willing to grant bail otherwise its impossible n say if bail granted they can go for cancellation of bail. they have so many other options which are according to law y they go for encounter? chaloo if one is habbitual offender then encounter samjh aye b. how could they declares a person offender crimnal before charges are proved against them. Sham on such CSPs shame we need to know abt laws our rights.... wat if police is not hearing us not registering case and misusing thier powers wat are the remedies? one thing i can assure u i dunt say 100% but 70% corruption is reduced in judiciary no judge can b bribe now
