Thereafter, it must disqualify the third prime minister who will be appointed after Prime Minister Ashraf, and so on and so forth, ad infinitum.

2) It must switch over to the path of judicial restraint, overrule its earlier decision disqualifying Mr Gilani and openly acknowledge its mistake. This it can do because the five-judge bench hearing the case can overrule the three-judge bench verdict of disqualifying Mr Gilani.
The best option for Supreme Court in the current situation would be to continue extending deadline fo the PM Raja Sahab. . .Supreme Court has already extended the deadline to 8th August. . .but i am pretty sure that PPP is in no mood of writing the letter. . .they think that letter would be humiliation to BB's grave. . .but Mr.Zardari you already have humiliated her. . .!!!!

8 August is the last final warning to current PM!! No more extension of time. Then next PM will be elected if there is no announcement of next general elections.

Nothing has been finalised and nothing would be finalised. . .the SC would never take the blame of sending PPP home. . .it would let them complete their term but on their terms. . .and it would continue humiliating the current govt. . .!!!

CJ has nothing left to prove. . .he has already dismissed Gillani. . .what else he should do to prove the superiority of Constitution over the Parliament. . .Actually this is not a war between Constitution and Parliament. . .its all about proving that "RIGHT IS MIGHT" and not the vice-versa!!!!

Will anyone on the earth tell me what and where is "DEMOCRACY" in Pakistan???
as far as i know Democracy is "Government OF people BY the people and FOR the people"

Here in Pakistan it is Government of few PERSONS for few PERSONS, where does the common man stand? no where..

I really don't know where to start it from, from unemployment, inflation or poor standard of education?

or should i tell you about the burden of loans Pakistan has taken from all over the world or do you want to know about the impact of interest rates IMF is charging, on the economy of Pakistan?

To cry over the conditions of our own state men in FATA or talk about the exploitation of natural resources by the foreigner companies in the provinces of KPK and Baluchistan.

Tell me about any single solid step taken by this DEMOCRATIC GOVERNMENT or if any step taken then whats the real outcome of that.????

Is This The DEMOCRACY you want to flourish..?

WAKE UP PEOPLE!!!! Many among you are going to be future CSPs of this State so think about it not the damn political parties..
If one person (CJ) is taking initiatives to bring the money of THE PEOPLE OF PAKISTAN back here then what’s so BAD in it??? He has many option and the strongest among all is a “POLITICAL COMPROMISE” I hope you understand what does it mean, But if he is not going for any of it then it means that he wanna do something for the STATE so Appreciate instead of Criticizing .

DO REMEMBVER if We let this Mr. President to keep what he has looted then in coming future every party will loot the state will loot “us” and get PROTECTION under some DAMN NRO.
All of you just THINK OVER IT…
LONG LIVE PAKISTAN

Can anyone tell this to CJP that Parliamentary Form of government actually means the People's government. People have elected them and Let people decide what they want in the next general elections. One more thing that Parliament is supreme in our constitution. It can amend/make constitution.

Cool

@rozankhan

Will you please tell everyone who will be accountable for the ACTS done by this people elected DEMOCRATIC GOVERNMENT in its 5 years tenure once its tenure ends and the Devils run away like the former president???

Now is the time to bring a change, if the process has been started then let it make a precedent for the coming politicians, if few of them get punishments the rest will think before looting the state..

let me narrate an event from the times of the Great Caliph Hazrat Umer (ra)

Hazrat Salman Farsi, a respected companion of the Prophet (PBUH), questioned Caliph Umar (ra) in a public gathering, asking why he had taken two sheets while everyone else got a single sheet from the spoils. Hazrat Umar instantly called his son Abdullah who clarified the position of his father by replying that he had given his sheet to his father due to his tall height.

Now just answer me one thing if a Caliph can be questioned about a single sheet why not a president of ISLAMIC REPUBLIC state for millions???

It is there any party which relax the immunity to every person in power.

Why not every one be answerable to his wrong deeds.

The country is stumbling in crises but our Honourable leaders amending laws only for personal interests rather than country's interest.

yes every one should be answerable to his wrong deeds.

but there is a immunity for designation not only for one person, and it is good thing. because it is very necessary for a president to enjoy more power than that of others then he will be able take decision and get implement it.... but this thing isn't bearable for our cj because he doesn't want superiority of parliament and constitution ....
