Dear, It is now confirmed the the number of vacant seats is 40.
Senior court employees have filed a petition to get all 40 seats filled by promotions.
The case is hanging in the balance from one hearing to another for more than five months.
We hope the honorable judge strikes down the petition as it has no legal ground.
It does not favor SHC policy matter to fill the newly created slots by promoting the senior staff.
In the loud and clear absence of law provision, their demand does not stand a chance. But the air is pregnant with these rumors , there has occurred a back door settlement between both the parties, in petition. They have finished a deal to 30:10 formula. Which again lacks logic and credibility.
We hope if all 40 seats are not given to fresh appointments at least twenty shall be spared.

I have met with those officials who have been serving as Assistant BPS15 on same scale since last ten years, promotion is their right, that's why they are fighting to get their right.
This is such a failure of the symbol of Justice like high court that there is no justice for the implementation of promotion policy.

Hbl is recommended as their is already a branch inside the premises of SHC Khi.
The reason which is told to us was that.
While there are already many candidates working but all of these guys are stuck because of salary. Environment for clerical post is not as per their desires.

We can say this because promotion is not vested right of employees on newly created posts as per service rules and regulations.

It was SHC selection committee that decided to hire new people for newly created posts, the committee also include CJ. And they know the rules in better way.

Why grade 2 employees serving SHC for decade did not challenge the recruitment of SOAs ?
Why grade 17 n 16 senior staff did not challenge the recruitment of civil judges/magistrate?
If gade 14 and lower court staff is facing any grievance in SHC servive structure/promotion policy NOW, there is a proper professional way, certain procedure and protocols, to register their grievanve and make reform recommendations to the concerned committee.
Why are they hindering the process that goes in total compliance with the law provisions !!
Neither ethics nor moral values allow this. If all advertised posts for fresh recruitment are illegitimately occupied by petitioners,
Would it not be a brutal injustice to the poor candidates who paid nts fees, travelled to karachi for exam bore the TADA charges and more than that they are holding to the hopes for employement that too in the critical times of berozari.
Court staff who is trying to stop the rizk (livelihood) of such financially struggling youth, dont know the basic fact that this power rests with ALLAH alone.
Moreover they are already employed , they have no right to pull unjustified barricade on a way to new gravely needed employement.

First of all the matter is lying in court of law so its against the law to criticize / judge whether its according to law or against till the judgement come. Second, there are many grievances of Sr. Office Associates , one of them is that they are serving in BPS-15 and next liable promotion was in 18 grade. However they are now asked to accept promotion in 16 grade instead of 18. Third Sindh government is upgrading BPS-15 into 16 notification is expected before budget, it means they are already in 16 grade and no further promotion for the till retirement !! In last, according to them as per HC administrative rules amendment is necessary before creating any new designation and in this case law is violated. Now who is right and who is wrong the ball is now in court. As for as new appointment are concerned , I don't think this case has any affection.

How honerable chief justice & four senior justice of SHC dare to violate law! Are they unware & uneducated?
They are senior associates(bps15) how they become junior court associates. I think it will be injustice for them to replace title of SENIOR with title of JUNIORS mere difference of one grade!
